CAJUN KING |
|
Dennis, Thanks for the GREAT site! I was amazed to see"Southern Sunshine" and the "Cajun King" on your site. I grew up in Sulphur, La. where these trucks are from and still are today. Mart Williams owned these trucks, he drowned in about 1986. His tombstone has a large picture of Southen Sunshine on it. I rode in Southern Sunshine at a parade when I was 8 years old, it was great. You're the only place on the web that I've seen pics of these trucks. Mart's family has not moved the trucks since his death. They are in a garage with small tires on. The 66" tires were left outside and have dry rotted. You may want to add his name and location to the pictures. Thanks again for the site! Jody Wallace |
